Where are the two most loud mouthed belligerent and arrogant ministers from the last UPA government and poster boys of Congress Kapil Sibal  and Salman Khurshid. Seems they have been prohibited from talking to the media for all the faux pas made when they were in power . Good we can do without their frowns and sound bites
